Production and Shipping Information
Dehydration is a lengthy process, it will take time for treats to be made and posted out. We do our best to get all orders out to you as quick as possible once they are made. We make every effort on our behalf that your delivery is in good condition when it arrives. Please note, we have no control over the Australia Post delivery system and handling once your order has been sent.

All treats are home made and will vary in colour and shape each batch. Expiry times will also vary from products as we use NO preservitives to extend shelf life. Treats should be stored in a sealed packet or air tight container, in a cool place, out of the sun to extend product shelf life.
As all treats are perishable we do not except returns. If you have an issue with your product please contact us direct and we will try our best to rectify the problem.
ALL TREATS AND CHEWS SHOULD ALWAYS BE GIVEN TO PETS UNDER SUPERVISION.
